Based in Leeds Fold is a live downtempo / trip-hop band. Integrating spoken word samples in experimental ways their songs reflect some of the heavier stuff going on in the world without being preachy. The music is matched to the content of the words which are then woven into the tracks both rhythmically and structurally.
