Produced and co-written by man of the moment Greg Kurstin, this is a fantastic, sparkling pop-with-a-capitol-P set. While this new session of songs has ditched the reggae and some of the rough edges of "Alright, Still", there's still plenty of the quirky elements here that made Lily Allen such a breath of fresh air back in 2006. With everyone in a quest to find an antidote to 'landfill indie', and slavering over the new (female) pop sensations, it's good to see Ms Allen back with us and at her witty and acerbic best.
