A UK Top 5 album upon original release, 'For Your Pleasure' is the second studio album by Roxy Music. Commercially even more successful than their debut album, it cemented Roxy's position as one of the UK’s most inventive rock bands and is widely seen as both their definitive album and as one of the greatest art-rock/glam-rock albums of all time.

Originally released on 23 March 1973 by Island Records, the album expands on the experimental nature of their self-titled debut, featuring more elaborate production and experimentation. It was their last album to feature synthesiser player Brian Eno.

By the time ‘Viva!’ arrived, Roxy Music had moved from cult innovators to one of the most important and imaginative forces in 1970s music, and this live album captured the thrilling arc of a group who had already transformed rock’s aesthetics, ambition and attitude.

Recorded across three legendary UK venues - Glasgow Apollo (Nov 1973), Newcastle City Hall (Oct 1974) and Wembley Empire Pool (Oct 1975), ‘Viva!’ acts as a sort of alternative greatest hits of the band’s first era.

Celebrating it’s 50th anniversary in 2025 this 50th anniversary edition is the first full 12” vinyl release for this iconic Roxy Music track that originally reached #2 on the UK Singles Chart in 1975 and is one of their top 3 most streamed tracks.

This 12” features the original and two of the most sought-after remixes, Greg Wilson’s extended edit and Todd Terje’s Disco Dub, as well as the original 7” b-side Sultanesque.

Driven by a seductive, iconic bassline and Bryan Ferry’s confident croon, Love Is the Drug helped redefine the sound of rock‑pop in the mid‑70s—heralded by critics as provocative, stylish, and proto‑new‑wave gold.

The track is one of the 70’s most identifiable tracks – a global chart hit that was an influence on bands such as Gang of Four, PiL, Simple Minds and the Human League, as well as Nile Rodgers of Chic, who acknowledged that its bass riff was a major influence on Chic’s Good Times.

Released on double 180g black vinyl, The Best Of Roxy Music has been re-issued with a fresh half-speed cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. London. To reflect the audio the artwork has also been revised, complete with a gloss laminate gatefold finish.

To coincide with the band celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, Roxy Music’s classic career-encompassing collection from 2001 is available for the first time on vinyl. Avalon the final studio offering from Roxy Music would draw upon a smoother, more adult orientated sound giving us the now iconic single ‘More Than This’. Avalon would be yet another UK no’1 album staying there for more than three weeks and in the album charts for over a year. Consistently praised by critics Avalon Rolling Stone magazine wrote “Bryan Ferry stars as a remarkably expressive keyboard player and singer whose familiar mannerisms are subsumed in a rich, benevolent self-assurance. And reed man Andy Mackay shines in a series of cameos (his oboe meditation on Ferry’s “Tara” is particularly lovely). Ten years after its debut, Roxy Music has mellowed: the occasional stark piano chords in “While My Heart Is Still Beating,” for example, recall the stately mood of “A Song for Europe,” but the sound is softer, dreamier and less determinedly dramatic now.
