King Tubby Meets Roots Radics

Dangerous Dub

“We worked at Tubby’s through the Sturgav connection because U Roy and Tubby were close and Sturgav Sound played like Tubby’s. Tubby would mix specials for us… he used to take a special interest in us and he supported us. That’s how ‘Dangerous Dub’ came about” - Roots Radics

Produced by Jah Screw and Ranking Joe, recorded at Channel One and mixed at King Tubby's, “Dangerous Dub” showcases the mighty Roots Radics in full effect on a lethal selection of specials recorded for U Roy's Sturgav soundsystem, including 'Heavenless', "Shank-I-Sheck", "Bandulo" etc.
