STAFF COMMENTS

Matt says: Second 7" from this skilled new UK dub reggae star who, from what I can gather, is also the musician and vocalist as well as the dub engineer? Surely not.. Hailing from Birmingham and previously part of Ruffneck Trilogy I'm already deep into the internet finding out what I can about this dub cat. Proper old school style - love it!

Music From The Edge Of The World

Cran are Ronan Browne, Sean Corcoran and Desi Wilkinson, all highly respected players of Irish traditional music. They've been playing together as Cran for a while now and are up there with the likes of Planxty and the Bothy Band at the forefront of the scene. This, their fourth album is easily their best to date and is a dazzling collection of tunes from Ireland and Scotland.
