The "Cinderella" CD is the debut release from The Medusa Snare, which is basically Adam Miller from The Manhattan Love Suicides' solo project... with help from John, Max and Eddy. Anyone familiar with the music of The Manhattan Love Suicides expecting to hear a similar sounding collection of tracks here may be in for a surprise. The guitars are heavy, the music is often loud and the recording is definitely lo-fi and recorded without too much polish, but that's where the comparisons end. The Medusa Snare share some of the Manhattan Love Suicides' signature fuzz sound, with a nod towards the indie-pop of The Clean, Guided By Voices and the Crystal Stilts. 10 tracks of lo-fi noise and pop brilliance.
