Following on from the bands last studio release – "Money And Celebrity" – in September 2011, this new album is set to be big in sound and energy. Released on YFE Records/Cooking Vinyl, this album is a full on rock record with hooks The Subways have become famous for. The album also marks a new phase for the band. Having previously worked with legendary producers on their first three albums (Stephen Street, Butch Vig and Ian Broudie), lead singer, Billy Lunn has taken on full engineering, production and mixing responsibility for the upcoming album. The album will not be over-thought or over produced… just direct and exciting to listen to, capturing the essence of the bands live shows.

Billy, Charlotte & Josh reach their 4th album firing on all cylinders. Still only in their twenties they have built a hardcore international following. Massive facebook stats and far reaching touring schedules a testament to how far they have come and the amount of work they have put in over the last 10 years.

I'm In Love And It's Burning In My Soul

UK rock/punk/pop band The Subways release limited edition 7" record to coincide with their new 2015 album 'The Subways'. The 7" vinyl features the 2nd single off the new album, 'I'm In Love And It's Buring In My Soul', written, produced and mixed by front-man Billy Lunn, as well as a B-side of the original Transgressive Record’s recording, un-released until now.

"While reminiscing about the last ten years of the band, the really magical moments we've experienced and all the tracks we've written, I found some REALLY old demos, pre Young For Eternity, and this one particular song called 'I'm In Love' popped out at me. As I was just then dealing with recovering from alcoholism, I decided to exercise old demons and rewrite some of the lyrics and ended up with a really passionate, really crazy song that I felt compelled to explore again with Charlotte and Josh. "I'm In Love And It's Burning In My Soul" is the result of that! It is pure gut and heart!" BILLY LUNN

My Heart Is Pumping To A Brand New Beat

UK rock/punk/pop band The Subways release limited edition 7" record, their first physical release since 2011 via their own label YFE Records/Cooking Vinyl.

The 7" vinyl features the new single, 'My Heart Is Pumping To A Brand New Beat', written, produced and mixed by the band’s singer Billy Lunn, as well as a further new track 'Taking All The Blame' recorded live by SWR/Dasding at Sousthside Festival in Germany.

“I wrote this track after I recently resolved a difficulty in my life as I was surrounded by the pulsing beats of my favourite songs and a throng of complete strangers crashing around the dance floor. Music has a wonderful power to heal wounds.” Billy

        I Won't Let You Down

The Subways have returned with their usual amount of boundless energy, a stunningly critically acclaimed album and an abundance of show stopping festival appearances across the summer. The band follow up their debut single from the album "Alright" with the instantly catchy and radio friendly "I Won't Let You Down". The single sees the band return to their 'rockier' roots and is a steadfast fan and live favourite.

          All Or Nothing

Recorded in Los Angeles, the twelve-track "All Or Nothing" marks a tremendous progression for the band since the "Young For Eternity" debut. Freshly inspired by bands including Death Cab For Cutie and Refused, the result is an album that recalls the exuberance of "Young For Eternity" while embarking upon an adventurous sonic progression. The vehement opening riff of single "Girls And Boys" is a bold reintroduction to the band and is followed by the dynamic "Kalifornia" that contrasts the band's most vitriolic moment to date with an infectious, summery hook. Other highlights of "All Or Nothing" include the breezy, retro-pop of the title-track, the raw power of live favourite "Shake Shake" and the sun-kissed vocal harmonies of "Alright".
