A frankly quite astonishing, and so far criminally overlooked electro-dub album from Frenk Dublin. Immediately ascending the ranks of echo-chamber overlords to rub shoulders with the greats - Ernestus, Maurizio, Rod, Fluxion et al -"Quantum Dubs" sees Frenk delve deep into a world of rooted riddims, electrostatic crackle and dubwise textures. So accomplished is the sound I quickly delved into this cat's back catalogue to find a modest discography of modern bass music indebted to the Jamaican forefathers. Your new favourite dub producer? Youl could do far worse! Most recommended.
