LAVERY

Seriously fresh jungle from the Sub Code camp who've enlisted front runners Lavery and Bow Street Runner to drop one of the hottest plates of the year so far.

"Dead Soundboy" couldn't be a more perfect example of ragga jungle if it tried. Screeching sirens, highly syncopated breaks, a variety of deep plump subs and wubbing reece's plus a dizzying array of soundboy vocal shots; with all the necessary time stretching and choppage to keep your local jungalist jumping with joy. The vibe continues as Bow Street Runner unloads another pack of rampant Mardi Gras breaks and a raggamuffin vocal line across velvet soft subs. A soulful half speed interlude breaks up the action nicely and when that skitty break is reintroduced it transforms into a truly irresistible number.

"My Yout" concludes with a full on break-out monster. Growling Reece bass, an assault of amens and peppered with both jazzy piano and flute instrumentals, gun shots and wailing air raid sirens - this is a serious beast that will not be tamed. You have been warned!

Limited copies - serious vibe - move quick!

STAFF COMMENTS

Matt says: Top drawer ruffage as you'd expect from these two sub hunters. Nicely amped for soundsystem lickage.
