Formerly one half of Electroclash pioneer's Alpinestars, Glyn Thomas is an experienced producer and recording artist. When Alpinestars split up (late 2004) Glyn felt free to return to his first love of traditional song writing and created the Ghostly Man moniker. Described by some as the 'Serge Gainsburg' of Manchester, Ghostly Man's first single (from his forthcoming album) "Capital" b/w "Advice From Strangers" has been mixed by Valgeir Sigurdsson (Bjork, Sigor Ros) and is released on Tape Recordings (previously home to Stephen Fretwell).
