Nice collection of digital roots and dancehall emanating from the Chopper studios, ran by Derek Wright. Running from 1985-1991, the label created a bridge between the live riddims of Channel One and the digital riddims of early dancehall and beyond. This compilation contains some of the finest moments from this reletively short lived label which produced a painfully small number, but exceptionally high quality selection of tracks (many of which go for silly, silly money on discogs). Not to be missed!
