'My House' was a parting gift from Queen Bey herself following her record-setting 'Renaissance' album cycle, the first in a trilogy she continued with 2024s 'Cowboy Carter'. Landing multiple awards and ten top spots on various 'Best of 2022' lists, the track is a big, brassy, chant-led track featuring the same hallmarks that peppered her 'Homecoming' history-making Coachella performance. Serving as promotion and as the credits sequence, for her theatrical concert film 'Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce'. The track is anthemic and uplifting, a combination of braggadocious flexing and preaching the power of love and healing - it's an infectious hit. On the B-side of this release is an extended intro edit of Beyonce's legendary chart-topping hit 'Single Ladies', celebrating its 16th birthday this year.

    Beyonce's eighth studio album is also Act ll of a trilogy which started with Renaissance in 2022.

    The album is presented as a radio broadcast by 'KNTRY Radio Texas', a fictitious station hosted by DJ's Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson and Linda Martell. And while the LP has a predominantly country feel, it alos takes in a whole host of other styles: Pop, rock, psychedelic soul, hip hop, folk and blues amongst others.

    There's an impressive guest list of musicians on the album: including Jon Batiste, Stevie Wonder, Nile Rodgers, Paul McCartney, Gary Clark Jr. and Rhiannon Giddens, along with a whold host of lesser know black country artists such as Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, Tanner Adell, Reyna Roberts, Shaboozey, and Willie Jones.

    Once again Beyonce proves what a global pop phenomemon she is.

      Renaissance (written as Act I: Renaissance) is the upcoming seventh studio album by American singer Beyoncé, released through Parkwood Entertainment and via RCA Records in the UK.

      Shortly after Beyoncé announced 'Renaissance', Jem Aswad of Variety reported that the album will include dance and country-leaning tracks, with contributions from songwriter Ryan Tedder and producer Raphael Saadiq. British Vogue confirmed that the album would feature influences from 1990s garage, 1980s "excess", and a "glittering retro-futurism." According to Metro, Beyoncé was paying attention to the works of MistaJam, David Asante, MNEK, Kamille, and Azealia Banks while brainstorming, and referenced South African pop music honoring artists like Brenda Fassie.
