About this item
The 1982-cult-album "13.13" remastered and containing previously unreleased live recordings. Limited to 499 copies on red vinyl, including poster. No-wave / post-punk icon Lydia Lunch is renowned for her excessive live performances. The singer, spoken word artist and actress was an integral part of the burgeoning New York No Wave scene in the late 1970s, founding Teenage Jesus And The Jerks with James Chance and later working with Thurston Moore, The Birthday Party, Immigrant Newborns, Jim Thirlwell / Foetus, Henry Rollins and the experimental filmmaker Richard Kern. This classic dives into the dark side of early 80's L.A. and the dark, shattering lyrics, supported by Lunch's fearful vocals, make you feel the breath of murder and desperation on your neck.
