About this item

Cheeky little edit of a true dancefloor classic. Anyone under the age of 25 might not remember just how much damage St. Germain's "Rose Rouge" caused on the dancefloors of Manchester (and I'm sure everywhere else) around the turn of the millennium. Hammered by everyone from Laurent Garnier to the Unabombers to Mr Scruff and Gilles Peterson this was a true crossover record, it's hypnotic repetition winding the whole floor up to a salivating frenzy with its incessant keys and evocative vocal refrain. Well, here it is, back with a thumpin' kick to keep the ADHD infected yoof of today happy, whilst the rest of it is gloriously left intact.

One sided limited pressing, probably highly illicit so act now before it vanishes!

Matt says: Piccadilly purists might wince but adding a hefty kick drum under Saint Germain is sometimes all it takes for some dancefloor genius. Loose your ego and get stuck into this beast you won't be sorry.
