Can I still pick up instore?
YES! From Monday 6th July - see opening times above.
What proof of purchase do I need to pick my order up?
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an “Order Ready To Pick Up” email. You need to bring either a digital or printed copy of this email with you to collect your order. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT COME IN TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL!
I have things to be posted out to me but can I come in and pick them up instead?
Of course, but it is important that you email us first so we can amend your order for you. Our email address is
Is it safe for me to come in to the shop?
We are taking every precaution we can to ensure the shop is as safe as possible, these measures include:
Social distancing throughout the shop.
Asking customers to not enter the shop if they have any symptoms of Coronavirus.
Asking customers to sanitise their hands on entering.
Staff wearing gloves and masks (where appropriate).
Protective screens in place at the counter.
We have completed a risk assessment and all staff have been made aware of our new procedures.
I am in a high risk group but would like to pick up my order. What can I do?

I have things to pick up instore, but am still not coming in to town, will they be held for me?
Yes, of course, for as long as you need.
I have things to pick up instore but want them posting to me instead. Can I still do this?
Yes. If you log in to your account, underneath the in stock items there’s a header ‘Calculate Postage and Post All Your In-Stock Items’. Below that is a ‘click here’ link which takes you through to your address details and options for posting.
Can I change my delivery address from my work address to home?
You can indeed. Just drop us an email.
Are orders being sent out as normal?
Yes, although Royal Mail are under a lot of pressure and so there may be some slight delays.
I don't live in the UK are you shipping to all countries at the moment?
We're still shipping to most countries but click HERE to see current "On Suspension" countries.
Are new releases still coming out?
At the moment they are, although some are being pushed back to later in the year. We are changing release dates as and when we are told.
