About this item

Multi talented, multi instrumentalist Black Steel was born in the early 60s in Brockley south east London. He started playing instruments at the age of five building the talent that has since aided a string of hits from the Ariwa stable and many other labels.

This album features the man in a heavy roots style through the inspiration of THE most high. Inspired by Mad Professor, Humble I, Jah Shaka, Dennis Brown, Winston Edwards, Steven King and DeMondo.

As is desirable - the album comes with each vocal cut followed by the dub for proper sound bwoy tinkering. Riddims take a militant, digi-steppers-dub stylee. Recommended roots...

STAFF COMMENTS

Matt says: A truly spiritual collection of mystic dubwise instrumentals. Lose oneself in a cloud of ganja smoke and impeccable riddims. Every dub head needs this one in their collection.
