About this item

'Move and Keep Moving' is taken from Afflecks Palace’s new album 'Sunshine Death' and features the Yorkshire Imperial Band, one of Britain’s most celebrated colliery brass bands. Written following vocalist J Fender’s near-fatal “widowmaker” heart attack, the song highlights the often-overlooked mental trauma that can follow a major heart event — but approaches it with positivity, defiance and hope.
