About this item

Following on from 2025's third instalment in Simple Minds' Live album series, and the joint memoir celebrating the lifelong friendship between the band's singer Jim Kerr and guitarist Charlie Burchill, Our Secrets Are The Same, Simple Minds return with their nineteenth studio album, 'Sacrosanct'.

Their first album of new material since 2022's 'Direction Of The Heart', its eight outstanding songs, finds lifelong collaborators Kerr and Burchill on supremely confident form, on one of their most vital albums in decades, one which recaptures the magic and majesty of the band's early years.
