Daybreakers head to Chicago for this one, bringing back "How Bad I Want Ya" from Soul Element, aka Stacy Kidd, alongside Peven Everett. This record is a true representation of the Chi-town; Stacy’s deep approach to house music and Peven’s unmistakable voice up front. It carries that raw, direct energy that defines a lot of their best work.

"How Bad I Want Ya" has been around for a while now, one of those records that stayed in bags and never really disappeared. It’s a proper slice of deep house with a vocal that stays in your head. The original keeps things direct and deep. No excess, just a track that does what it needs to do on the floor.

On the B side, Glenn Underground steps in with the "Peak True Time Mix", stretching things out and adds some percussion and an infectious bassline. It’s a proper GU remix - longer and patient, while keeping that Chicago swing intact.

Matt says: Classiv Pev biznoinks bolstered with a truly iconic Glenn Underground remix. I have to say, it's Glenn's version that tops it for me - I love the way he draws out those silky Stratocaster licks and his rhythm section is beautifully bouyant. Essential house music!
