About this item

Another essential repress from the Hiss Is Bliss catalogue."Rub A Dub Soldier" sounds like a lost Rhythm & Sound track from the "Si Mi Jah" album. Fathoms deep, rootsical redemtpion with that impeccably produced rhythm section and dubwise bass that made Mark Ernestus & Moritz von Oswald such an enticing prospect. Hiss A Bliss are real deal reggae musica - don't sleep on this much needed reissue on tasty 10".

STAFF COMMENTS

Matt says: A hard-edged, militant dubwise stepper from Hiss Is Bliss that instantly conjures up images of sweat-soaked, blacked-out rooms shaking with bass pressure and sound bwoy energy. This one has a hypnotic shank that's simply impossible to ignore. Top drawer tackle that every bass head needs to check.
