Tempa continues its reinvigorated rampage with Main Phase & Talons powering up the subs and horns for an expertly delivered package of bass and beats. The usual tropes all correct and accounted for - subtle pepperings of soundboi vox, speaker rattling low frequencies and neck-snapping rhythmic energy. All with a nice vacuum-sealed patina that shows flair and continuity throughout the EP. Very nice.

Matt says: Main Phase & Talons digest and regurgitate the Tempa formular like a blue tit doting on its many chicks. Us, the bass loving massive, are the chicks; and Main Phase & Talons are the blue tit, in this instance. Just incase you needed my weak metaphor explaining.
