Jazzbois is a jazz-hiphop fusion trio from Budapest, Hungary. Their studio albums and live shows are all equally heavily rooted in improvisation and momentary self expression, each performance is absolutely unique and daring. You can clearly see why the hip-hop fraternity as well as the jazz heads are digging their sound which is equal parts boom-bap beats, smokey keys and rising strings coupled with that deep rooted jazz musicology. Matt says: A modern jazz outfit from Budapest. We missed this first time round (can't win 'em all! - Ed), and it's become somewhat of a cult collected item. Thankfully repressed alongside their other much-lauded release, "Still Blunted". Don't sleep!
