Two different takes on a jazz-funk classic from the upper echelons! The A-side is taken from Andy Bey's 1974 Atlantic debut "Experience And Judgement"; while the flip version features Ron Carter on bass and originated on the Troop’s 1971 LP "Harlem Bush Music - Uhuru". Bartz, a graduate of The Jazz Messengers and Miles’ school of renegade groove in the early 1970s, mimes Andy’s melody before breaking free for an extended space funk saga.
