'If You Must' sets the frame with a low-slung bounce that sharpens around his rapid-fire pivots. 'Pet Peeves' stretches into a longer, more improvisatory drift, with the verses winding like freehand sketches. 'Offspring', with El-P, pulls darker shapes from the mix and 'Phoney Phranchise' snaps back with taut, gleaming precision. The effect is unruly yet unmistakably Del, moving entirely on instinct.
