Metroplex Records welcomes Pascal Hetzel to the label. The Berlin-based producer and DJ (who is also half of the duo CYRK) delivers something a little different for Juan Atkins' label institution. The EP serves four slices of funky, dub-infused and chord-driven techno, aimed squarely at the dancefloor that pay tribute to the Motor City legacy while carving out their own euphoric permutation of classic Detroit techno tropes. Expertly mixed, mastered and pressed to perfection! Metroplex still a major player in this thing we call techno. Don't sleep!

Matt says: Real deal Detroit techno here from one of the finest labels to have ever existed. Pascal Hetzel brings the pioneering sounds of Derrick May, Octave One, Rolando etc right up to date with four tracks that bridge the future with the past.
