Humongous track off Stimulator Jones' 2024 12" release: "Stimulator Tracks Vol 1", here released on 7" with vocal on one side and instrumental on the other. At the time we said: "Precious" ups the swing and shuffle and feels like a lost Frankie Knuckles / Joe Smooth anthem - with a bassline that's gonna tickle the arse of any club goer and a gloriously emotive chorus - this is the one my people!!! Followed by 'Star Creature does house music - and sticks two fingers up to all the competition! Essential.' and it into our Best of 2024 list.

With a new, retrospective compilation due on Be With, plus a few other choice bits still available at time of writing, it seems like the whole world, like ourself, has fallen for this unique talent.

Matt says: Ahead of his retrospective on Be With, Stimulator Jones reissues one of the best tracks of 2024 on 7", along with a previously unreleased instrumental. If Larry Heard decamped to Manchester cira '89 and made street soul he might have penned summat like this soulful beauty.
