About this item
In the winter of 23/24, Friedrich Greiling aka. MitteKill and Knarf Rellöm met up in a small village near Rathenow to record music, chop wood and go for walks together. They experimented with drum n' bass and acid and invented the Neptunsche Schule along the way. The result is this single with the songs "Tu das Acid in den Synth" and "Du fandst' doch immer alles Scheiße!"
"Kipp Das Acid In Den Synth" is a supreme slice of quirky, oddball, cosmic disco. The kinda track to cause excitement on any tastefully dancefloor. Somewhere between Harvey's House Of House, Laidback and Hotchip. Seriously, we might have a bit of a hit on our hands here...
Flipping the script entirely is the soundsystem roller "Du Fandst'..." on the other side which not only contains riotous punk lyrical bursts, it deploys a perfectly concocted blend of rinse-out jungle business which should leave you both breathless and fired up no end.
Massive 7"!! Don't sleep...
STAFF COMMENTS
Matt says: Absolutely love this record. If, like me, you can't quite make your mind up between playing cosmic disco or drum & bass, then Knarfmitte Killrellom handily explore both genres with both originally and ingenuity with two exemplary tracks.
