Been a while since we've heard from Pampa so it's nice to hear some dreamy utterances from Dave DK on what will be the label's 41st release.

"Herzen Auf" opens proceedings with washes of subtly blissful pads, with intricate vocal snips and other semi-organic material bursting and weaving between the grooves.

"Ross" is a more tribal affair, with excellent drum programming and irresistible groove. Lysergic vox run through the track giving it that typically Pampa, otherworldly element, whilst the cleverly constructed rhythms and sequences should leave dancers locked in a deep hypnosis.

"Don't Eat The Homies" contains a sample of the recording, "Run Between The Raindrops (While My Teardrops Fall)" performed by Sharon Revoal and is a heart-warming, rose-tinged exercise in blissful melancholy; something that's almost impossible to achieve with such natural beauty as demonstrated here.
