Barry says: There’s really very little connecting the first ‘Part’ of Selected Ambient Works to this second edition other than name. While the first one a precursor to RDJ’s more electronic, beat driven albums, Selected Ambient Works II was (and is!) a spooky, beautiful ambient behemoth.
