About this item
As is the norm - a Tugboat tends to precede a Star Creature - and this week the two have both come into dock at planet Piccadilly. Bringing Balearic-boogie superstar A Vision Of Panorama & Sykes back to the label with remixes from Pool Boy - splish splash!
"Let Me" is a sun-flecked, late afternoon boogie-house jam with lavish instrumentation and even a highly accomplished clav solo! The vocal is deep and soulful, which lends itself to that 4/4 rhythm beautifully. Pool Boy's remix takes it right to the sun loungers, mellowing out the BPMs and adding languid keys and a delicate drum box; transforming the mood into a Balearic downbeat vibe which is equally as seductive as the OG.
"Move" sees AVOP return to a rugged house groove, galvanized with boogie flavoured instrumentation as decorated again with deep soulful vox by Sykes. Sultry and fiery, it'll sound great as the sun seeps behind the horizon after a clammy day dancing in the streets.
Matt says: Summer's here! (is it?! - Ed). Let A Vision Of Panorama guide to the poolside, cocktail in hand, for a day of decadence splashing around with the ones you love or desire.
