find your records
If you know what you're looking for, type the artist or title into the search box in the top left hand corner. If you just want to browse you can click the genre links on the left hand side and then view new releases or back catalogue sorted by letter.
pick up
To add the item to your basket click on the 'Basket' button on the left beneath the item. The 'checkout / basket' link in the bottom right hand corner will flash and the number of items will increase by 1.
carry
The item will remain in your basket until you 'Checkout' or leave the website (i.e. visit another website within the same window)
get more things
You can continue to browse, the items you have already picked up will be at the checkout waiting, follow the first step again until you have all you need.
checking out
When you have everything you want click the 'checkout / basket' link on the bottom right of the screen, the page should then change to show all items in your basket. To remove items click the box next to it, and click wishlist / remove.
Choose your maximum despatch time carefully. If you choose 'send today' we will ONLY send items that we have in stock the moment we receive your order. If you choose 'send within 5 / 10 working days' we will try to restock any missing items in your order for 5 / 10 days. This DOES NOT mean that we will hold your order for 5 / 10 days - we will send it as soon as it is complete.
To see the postage charges, choose your 'postage zone' from the drop down menu (click the down arrow) and finally click 'checkout'.
