Yes People! After Kickin' Pigeon's almighty debut mixtape on Wet Play Tapecast, it's time for Ruf Dug to step in and shower down. Delivering a C60 of pure analogue HEAT... tracks old and new (plus some RK exclusives) and some that aren't even out yet... Mixed at Ruffy's Dane Bank Observatory and in keeping with the tapecast tradition of purely rough’n’warm reproduction (vinyl, recorded through a beautiful analogue mixer) the mix contains a surprisingly raw mix of house / techno and acid, a bit of a curve ball from Ruffy's usual Balearic-tinged disco-house jaunts on his Ruf Kutz label (although expect some brilliant left-field disco / boogie bombs towards the end). Apparently sounding best 'in a Peugeot 205 GTi smoking red seal & Bensons' the mix also comes with a full quality digital download for those without said car or tape playing capabilities. You'll find some real lost gems amongst some seriously peaking homo-erotic vibrations (a highly explicit Paradise Factory classic being one of the big surprises) mixed in a unique, anything-goes style which is fast becoming the Wet Play blueprint.
