ABOUT THIS ITEM
There are many Banshees but none that really matter as much as these layabouts from Chicago. This masterful punk gem came on Dunwich, itself a Chicago label, and was the only thing this bunch released before vanishing into the wind. It assaults the senses with a jagged twin guitar sting and crashes through with a full on 3 chord crunch. They made they mark with this one 45, never feeling the need to make a second - as all bands should. Allegedly one of them became a priest. Not surprisingly really when you think that this is one beautiful sound of sin.
