Four cuts of deep Detroit inspired house music from Rick Wade. Very much in the vein of Moodymanns earlier trackier output "Lo Starts" is a simple looped up groove paired with a heavy beat and some great edit trickery. "Theory Of Varice" is again similar in that it's a tight manipulated sample with some nice synth lines and a conga led groove. Over on side-B "World Voice" is an African chant looped up with some loose looped beats and a diggeridoo. Last up "Vanguard Cinema" is a driving stomp with a more jackin' feel to it.
