ABOUT THIS ITEM
Having junked his computer in favour an MPC and an eight-track tape and a rougher more technoid sound, Nochexxx steps back into the RAMP fold with his unique lopsided, turf-footed, beat smithing, post-everything beats. "Savage Herald" sounds like it's come direct from 1979, with vintage synths and keyboard bleeps going all Throbbing Gristle / Normal on us, while some crazed crystal meth addict gets a little hyper in the 'woo' department. "Charro" seems to have AFX inspirations, with jittery acid gurgles and speeding keyboard arpeggios employed over a frenetic electro rhythm.
