The Nu Groove lineage boasts many classic and rare 12"s, but there aren't many held in higher esteem than Rheji Burrell's "Apt EP" from 1989. Three of the originals from those six amazing tracks of New York house in its rawest innocence have been glommed for the second Tu Rong 12", Rong Music's tribute offshoot. As well as the three originals on a newly minted pressing, Mudd respectfully revamp "Apt 1B" with a little 2006 twist amplifying the bulk of the tune with new bass, keys and violin elements while keeping the all important melodies alive.
