An album's worth of recordings from their BBC radio sessions, eight tracks of which were recorded for the late John Peel. The album features unreleased BBC session versions of songs from each of the band's releases: "Like Herod" and "R U Still In It" from "Young Team"; "Kappa" and "CODY" from "Come On Die Young"; "Secret Pint" from "Rock Action"; and "Stop Coming To My House" and "Hunted By A Freak" from their last album "Happy Songs For Happy People". "Hunted By A Freak" may be more known as the evocative soundtrack for a much used 'Four Films' trailer on Channel 4. The album also features versions of live favourite "Helicon Part 1", and "Part 2", and some recordings that are, in the opinion of the band, 'Definitely better than the original recordings'.
