Miguel Migs' west coast house music has often had a reggae touch to it - from dub basslines to seasoned reggae singers providing vocals. On this 45 he goes the full hog and drops a totally reggae 45. Taken from his excellent "Outside The Skyline" CD (if you like house, reggae and disco and have a hankering after Naked Music era lushness, then I heartily recommend it). So, for "The System" Migs employs the MC vox of Capleton on this horn-led reggae cut... And then gets legendary UK dubmaster Mad Professor in for the mixdown. We get vocal and dub versions, both of which are fantastic.
