Midnight Magic are back and spread their fairy dust one more time to enchant you. After last year’s “Beam Me Up“ single was played by everybody from Harvey to the Ed Banger posse the band gives us their second offering “Drop Me A Line“.

Once again it has all the ingredients we love so much from the infectious bassline to the swirly keyboards and the uplifting horns to the captivating vocals by Tiffany Roth. The catchy Italoesque original is backed up by massive remixes from Holy Ghost!, Steffi, and Mano Le Tough.

Friends and ex-band colleagues (Nick and Alex from Holy Ghost! and Andrew and Morgan from Midnight Magic used to play in the band Automato) Holy Ghost! give “Drop Me A Line“ their highly approved Brooklyn disco treatment. From the Eastside of New York we move across the Pond to Berlin, the home of Steffi and Mano Le Tough. The Panorama Bar resident Steffi adjusts the original to her deep tech-house needs, leaves out most of the vocals and lets her analogue machines do the rest. Irish-born Mano Le Tough keeps the song structure intact but puts a massive kick and a rolling bass underneath in the same vein like his infamous remix for Aloe Blacc.
