What happens when you apply the spliced and layered sound of chillwave to disco? Les Sins is what happens - the dance alter ego of Toro Y Moi (aka Chaz Bundick). The two tracks on this twelve inch represent the four-to-the-floor side of Chaz’s sound. Recorded in the spring of 2009 in Chaz’s home studio in Columbia, South Carolina, “Lina” and “Youth Gone” are sure to become worldwide club anthems in some totally cool alternate universe (Manchester perhaps?).
