Doc L Junior comes up with two absolutely ace house tracks here that sit somewhere in between Moodymann, Soundstream and the Ugly Edits by Theo Parrish. "You Do Know How To Dance" has just the right balance of funky, slamming(ish) 4/4s and chopped-up soul samples that builds and drops perfectly. Proper house music that'll rock the dancefloor, none of that namby pamby wishy washy rubbish. As is "Baracuda", which mixes house beats and jazz-funk sample (it's bugging me what that is!). All in all, a great 12"!
