London's Werk Discs label have extended their international label mission far and wide - here managing to ensnare Leipzig's very own Disrupt, aka Jan Gleichmar, the curator of the Jahtari site, tempting him to finally bring his heavy heavy pixelated dub sounds to CD. Influenced by the mid 80s 8-bit digital dancehall sound, but bringing it right up to date with a hint of dubstep, Disrupt serves up a feast of electronic, sub-wobbling, aurally fulfilling dub cuts. Seriously good soundbwoy music.
