Fresh of the press... After a run of heavy bloggin', sunrise sessions, and surprise shows, Da Hardy Boyz (aka Blu Jemz, Unemployed Lloyd, and TK) have finally emerged with their debut EP. Opener "Here I Am" whispers to their formative years as a German techno / Ron Hardy tribute band. Check the Arthur Baker-inspired beats and synths. The instrumental "I Want To Meet You There" pays homage to the cosmic disco 12"s the Boyz love so much and sets up the club heater "Hardy Time". This mutant track has been getting big love at shows with its hard drums, new wave basslines and echoed lyrics. For the cherry on top Runaway deliver one of their finest remixes, completely deconstructing "Here I Am" into a retro house cut.
