Original Bristol soundsystem don DJ Milo revives his DJ Nature moniker for this second release on New York imprint Golf Channel. Again those early influences loom large here, with "Win Lose And Dance" offering up a densely percussive Afro-jazz-funk backing track with light Rhodes keyboard work and Marvin Gaye (?) vocal samples drifting in and out of the mix. Love it! Flipside cut "Destiny Reprise" channels the spirit (and screaming diva vocals) of Loleatta Holloway, again mixed well back in the track, which is another soulful, atmospheric beatdown house groover. Essential!!
