This latest 12" sees Jazzanova's Alex Barck giving two album tracks from Christian Prommer’s "Drumlesson Zwei" a fresh re-rub for the dancefloor. Side A features his rework of Prommer's version of Jean Michel Jarre's "Oxygene" - less cinematic synths, more deep tech-house. His mix of "Sleepy Hollow" has a more epic feel to it, extending Prommer's jazz-tech touches into a slowly grooving electronic version. The track twists and turns, builds and drops making for an engaging home-listening / bar cut. Gilles Peterson is already on the case with these cuts.
