ABOUT THIS ITEM
Get yourselves geared up for some singing and happy syncopated hand-clapping on the dancefloor as Cheryl Lynn gets all uplifting on us with 1978 gospel-tinted disco gem "You Saved My Day". Big vocals, big brass stabs, super bass slapping and all round funkiness. Wow! On the flipside we have Maynard Ferguson's jazzy, flutey instrumental disco killer "Pagliacci". Originally released in 1976 on his Bob James-produced "Primal Scream" LP it's a full-on romp. If you like that BIG Philly-disco sound (all live playing and full orchestration), then this is an absolute must.
