ABOUT THIS ITEM
Recorded somewhere between 1967 and 1971 but never released, Bob & Gene's full-length album should have been the crowning achievement for William Nunn's little Buffalo NY based soul label, MoDo. Nunn junior Bobby and his fellow teenager Eugene Coplin had become the local stars and label's in-house singers and songwriters. Instead "If This World Were Mine..." was lost in the mists of time, until Daptone were entrusted with the belated release of this sweet soul masterpiece.
