One Little Indian Records is set to release an eight-part series of remixes of tracks from Björk’s ‘Biophilia’ album.

Available as limited edition 12" and CD singles (both formats limited to only 400 copies for the UK).

The series features new versions by artists such as Death Grips, Current Value,16-Bit, King Cannibal, El Guincho, Matthew Herbert, Hudson Mohawke, Alva Noto, and These New Puritans.

Volume five brings us remixes of "Thunderbolt" and "Dark Matter" by King Cannibal and Alva Noto respectively. Now I thought King Cannibal was all about drum & bass, but this rework is more on a deep techy house tip with ambient breakdowns for Bjork's vocals to swoop over... On the flipside things get even more ambient with Alva Noto's textured electronica refix.
