Al Kent follows up a quartet of recent disco edit twelves on his own Million Dollar Disco imprint with this solid three tracker on Stilove4music. I'm sure you know the MDD formula by now; party-disco edits to rock the dancefloor at peak-time - nothing else will do! "Disco Crazy" is an upbeat, percussive number with clavinet bass, funky guitar licks and big horn / string sections plus catchy vocals. I feel a disco hustle coming on... "Mystic Merlin" gives the game away, editing Mystic Merlin's 1980 disco-boogie bomb "Just Can't Give You Up" into dancefloor dynamite. Which leaves "Disco Party" to light the party fuse. It's one of those 'party in the studio' numbers with freeform vocals and energy to burn.
