However, these tracks are exclusive to this single and wont appear on the forthcoming LP, so you'll need to snap up this 12" sharpish (you know how quickly these HJ releases go out of press. A-side track "Rainy Dub" comes across as an implacable, trash-and-ready 'Son Of Sleng Teng' - bleeping, buzzing, knocking, dripping, reverberating, and unresolved in nine minutes. Sounding like an 8-Bit arcade game on Mogadon, it's a high-pressurized, quick-loading hyper-grub into star wars. Flipside cut "Faceless" sounds like a slowly moving robot-controlled assembly line, with pistons hissing, rumbling bass and a certain industrial, mechanoid atmosphere.
